Same old. I did good & on track during the week BUT fell apart on the weekend. I need to stop this habit.
164.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

you still lost one pound! Are you sure you don't deprive yourself too much during the week and then crave more food on weekends? I know though what it is to be tempted and just give in temptations. so, if you are free and want to join me in my trip, you're welcome lol! but hurry up the flights tickets were cheap, they might not last very long... What a storm last night! it took me forever to reach the other side of the city this morning. hope you didn't have too much trouble to get to work.
