I am down 2 more pounds. WOW. 4lbs since Monday. I am at 178 now. I made it to this weeks goal and it is only Friday.... I have not gone to the gym since Sunday as I have been feeling kinda crappy (cold), but I am going to get out and bike to the store today and see how I feel. I have been drinking a ton of water with lemon in it (1/4 of a lemon)... I just feel REALLY tired this week, run down. so I have been working on wedding plans via my laptop. It is so nice when the pounds come off as quickly as they went on... I have to be honest I have not been writing down what I am eating and kinda haven't been 100% on track, but still watching what I am eating and how much.

I started applying toning/firming cream on my body after the shower. hopefully will tighten the wobbly bits ;) I am also planning to do a seaweed or chocolate body wrap right before (day before or day of) my wedding to tighten everything up, detox, and make my skin glow. It costs $100 (Canadian) and up, depending on the spa, but for an hour of pampering (includes exfoliating, wrap, hydrotherapy and moisturizer and sometimes a mini massage!) and some slimming (albeit temporary) effect just to feel really good on my wedding day... I will be meeting my fiance's entire family and seeing my entire family so I think it will make me feel confident and a good de-stressor!!!!
178.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I have two of them. They are both St.Ives, one has a gradual tanner built in. I have never been good at using them consistently but I am going to try. The VERY BEST thing I have ever used and it worked was rubbing used coffee grinds. Models use that too. It is so messy though... but as soon as it gets warm I will do it outside! I was in an apartment last year so I had to do it in the shower. I would try and leave it on for 5 or 10 min but you do not have to. And if you don';t drink coffee just go in and ask at Starbucks or grab the used coffee filters full of grinds at work or ask a friend :) sometimes I would add some cocoa and cinnamon as well. I'll let you know about the products. I am going to use one in the morning and one at night. I didn't buy expensive ones....
