a mystery to me. I ate less than 1200Kcal, less than 50 gm carbs yesterday. how did I gain 2 pounds??????

Oh well it will all even out in the end. I know I did a good job yesterday so all i need to do is a good job today. one day at a time and i will get there. maybe no exercise yesterday was the key? not really as i did no exercise earlier in the week and lost weight.

Now 9 pm. did very well. less than 1200Kcal although almost 100gm carbs. this is good.
200.6 lb Lost so far: 15.6 lb.    Still to go: 0.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
