well, its official, my scales are weird. I weighed myself three times and got three results so I'm taking the one in the middle. I'm happy with it though. I'm now equal to the position I was at at my thinnest when I did this properly before so whoopdie do
168.0 lb Lost so far: 24.9 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
