I'm totally on plan but not seeing much in results yet.
228.0 lb Lost so far: 36.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.0 lb a week

As long as the scale is headed down, you are doing pretty good! Doesn't matter how long it takes to get there, as long as you get there.
