Continuing to go down. Did an hour in the gym yesterday. That's getting a bit easier, though I still feel sore at the end.
246.0 lb Lost so far: 91.0 lb.    Still to go: 78.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Ah... sore muscles indicate swollen muscles which will relate to some water retention! Keep it up though... eventually those muscles won't be sore and the water will be released! Have a great weekend!
