Yatta!!!!!!!!! Under 140! SOOOOO happy!


Really surprising w/ that 1600 calorie lunch yesterday, but I didn't end up eating dinner because my best friend went into labor yesterday and I was at the hospital with her until 11 at night, then I was too tired to do anything except drive home and pass out!

As far as I know, baby Broderick still isn't here... but I'm excited to meet him!!!

I also missed my workout because I was up there, dangit.

I am sooo out of food. Lol. I'm having whey protein for breakfast, in hopes that it will make me feel full... Hahaha.

So I need to decide if I want to stay around 140lbs or if I want to go for another 5lbs. As mentioned before, I've still got a few trouble spots I want to work on, but I'm not sure if my body will actually shed another 5lbs or not... Eeeek. Any suggestions?
139.6 lb Lost so far: 22.4 lb.    Still to go: 1.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I think it would be fabulous if you, instead of picking one goal weight, had a goal "range". I read about that yesterday in the MSN health section. It was some article on the best weight loss advice and the worst weight loss advice. So maybe 135-140 can be your range! I am so obsessed with numbers though (my scale journal entry, which I never bought by the way. I found wayyyy cuter shoes...!) Just a thought! And congrats on reaching your goal weight. I hope you feel totally fabulous about it!!!! :) I am very happy for you!

Thank you! I am. FINALLY. It's taken me about 3 months just to loose the last 5lbs. I think I will continue to try to loose, just not worry about it too much if I don't. :) I like the range idea!

And: GOAL! Congrats. Personally, when I get to my goal (which will take time but I will get there, LOL) I will keep doing pilates to stay toned and that in itself for also help maintain or lose a few more pounds. Good luck

YOU DID IT! YES! finally. All that hard work and persistence really paid off! You can always work on those 'trouble spots' without focusing on losing pounds. Try toning exercising with your cardio routine(s).

FANTASTIC!! INSPIRING!!! I WANT IT TO BE ME!! LOL!! Just keep doing what you're doing, I think. Couldn't hurt to lose more if your body wants to, unless you think it's time to do maintenance. But you're at GOAL!!! CONGRATULATIONS!!!
