I weighed myself again this morning. Down 1.2lbs since yesterday. I am happy. I must have been bloated from my period, and possibly the alcohol...
I woke up not feeling well though (a cold??). I think I am starting a cold. Usually I manage to fight it off. I haven't been sick since last September. other than a day here and there but then it goes away. When I start to feel crappy and rundown I stop, rest, take vitamins, and usually take oil of oregano internally and rub tea tree oil on my palms and soles. Quirky? yes. Does it work? yes. I always feel back to normal within a day or two at the most. so today I will try and fight this off.

Diet followed reasonably well.

If it works for you, then hey, why not? I hate colds and I have had a lot of them this year. Good job on the 1.2lbs lost.

I have discovered that if I begin exercising after a particularly long sedentary period that I get cold symptoms the first couple of days! Weird. I was convinced that exercise will kill you! (That was the ultimate excuse!) I now know that exercise makes you stronger... if you stick with it.
