So it is the new year so I am getting back on my diet :) . Wish me luck! Today was the first day so I have a slight headache from lowering my calorie consumption. I ate crap for 2 months straight and gained 6 lbs. It's gonna be hard for my body to get used to eating healthy foods again -_- but I GOT THIS, I CAN DO THIS!!
144.6 lb Lost so far: 9.8 lb.    Still to go: 14.6 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
