Transitioning from WW online to counting calories. I had a slight hiccup! Hopefully next week will be better...
153.1 lb Lost so far: 30.6 lb.    Still to go: 13.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1695 kcal Fat: 41.87g | Prot: 85.34g | Carb: 252.28g.   Breakfast: kirkland crumbled bacon, kirkland real egg, weight watchers. Lunch: fiber one chewy bar oats and chocolate, pretzel sticks, apple, skippy peanut butter, smuckers sugar free, franz net 4. Dinner: applesauce, Hungry Girl Outside-In Cheeseburger Patty, Faux Jos, sara lee 80 calorie hamburger bun. Snacks/Other: fiber one 90 calorie, healthy choice fudge bar, weight watchers string cheese, key lime pie yogurt, banana, Go Lean Crunch, cool whip free. more...
