Transitioning from WW online to counting calories. I had a slight hiccup! Hopefully next week will be better...
153.1 lb Lost so far: 30.6 lb.    Still to go: 13.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1695 kcal Fat: 41.87g | Prot: 85.34g | Carb: 252.28g.   Breakfast: weight watchers, kirkland real egg, kirkland crumbled bacon. Lunch: skippy peanut butter, smuckers sugar free, apple, pretzel sticks, fiber one chewy bar oats and chocolate, franz net 4. Dinner: applesauce, Faux Jos, Hungry Girl Outside-In Cheeseburger Patty, sara lee 80 calorie hamburger bun. Snacks/Other: cool whip free, fiber one 90 calorie, banana, weight watchers string cheese, Go Lean Crunch, key lime pie yogurt, healthy choice fudge bar. more...
