Well I guess I'm just gonna have to leave the Atkins bars out! I found new ones though that are really yummy...Atkins Advantage Dark Chocolate Almond Coconut Crunch Bars...Mmmmm too many though and now I've gained a couple of lbs
238.0 lb Lost so far: 79.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I second that Squiggs! Wish you were one of the lucky people who could eat those bars and still lose Myree. I was able to for awhile and then stalled. Maybe we can add them back as a treat when we get closer to our goal weight or as an endulge from time to time. Have a great day my friend!

Oh well that's what happened to me Cindy I was losing while eating them but have gotten down far enough now where I simply can't eat them and lose... Either way I'm very happy with my weight right now... I would like to get smaller but if I don't I'm not grossly obese anymore...
