1437 kcal Fat: 33.52g | Prot: 142.68g | Carb: 146.71g.   Breakfast: frozen raspberries, ground cinnamon, Frozen Blueberries, Low Fat Ricotta Cheese. Lunch: bell pepper, honeysuckle white, diced tomatoes, pineapple salsa, dole crushed pineapple, Red Kidney Beans, onion. Dinner: v8 splash blueberry, fage, body fortress, Tuscan Blend, Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast. Snacks/Other: Light Fat Free Boston Creme Pie Yogurt, P90X bar, almonds, extra gum. more...
