Okay, I've said it before and I'll say it again....

Time to get back to be healthy... Lots of things I want to share here in my journal in the weeks to come. But for today. I have weighed in with my starting weight for the year 2014. My goal is to lose 52 pounds and maintain that weight loss by January 2015.

So here I go! I thankful for the support from my FatSecret buddy, that has stayed with me all these years, you know who you are!

I am looking forward to doing my very best to make the life changes STICK this time around!
242.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 77.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Diet Calendar Entry for 06 January 2014:

Keep documenting your food. Look it over every few days and see if there's anything you might be able to eliminate or substitute another food. Sometimes we go nuts on carbs... breads, pasta, sugar, etc. when we could be substituting veggies and fruit. It takes time. You're where I began. It can be done.
