Even with enjoying some girly time and the requisite adult beverages over the weekend, I still lost almost 3 pounds! I am now back on the wagon... down I go!
218.5 lb Lost so far: 13.5 lb.    Still to go: 18.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
