216.1 lb Lost so far: 30.9 lb.    Still to go: 13.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I was working outside in the heat over the weekend... a lot of the weight loss is probably dehydration. I'm back at work today and have a water bottle on my desk. Tomorrow's weigh-in will probably be more accurate.
