This is the lowest I've been in awhile. I've been doing well with my eating and points.
278.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 118.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.3 lb a week

That is great! How do you do it? I have been on this for 2 days and i seem to go over the amount of calories I should have...any suggestions for me -- Oh by the way I am new here and my name is Erin...nice to meet you.
