Hard times ahead! Home made, although whole wheat, pizza tonight for dinner. Stirfry with plenty of fake chicken (high in sodium) tomorrow, with Easter brunch with french toast and mini fritattas on Sunday. Yikes!
140.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.4 lb a week

Oh my gosh - plan ahead and bring your willpower! :) Sounds awfully good! Small portions with a little exercise on the side?? I had the same problem - taking small bites and chewing slowly - good luck!
