I am following the plan and eating very healthful and gained three pounds. :( I think and hope this just "that time of the month" water weight gain. I have upped my water intake and will still keep on the treadmill... this to shall pass.
231.0 lb Lost so far: 89.0 lb.    Still to go: 71.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
