January 1st, 2014 I felt was an appropriate day to weigh in. 153.8 from 165 in 22 days... I am thrilled! I have been doing "Green Smoothies" and Fresh Organic Homemade Vegetable Juice and for dinner a blender vegetable soup i.e Asparagus, Curried Sweet Pea, Onion, Onion Mushroom, with a bit or Garlic in everything... I feel terrific and my immune system appears to be running at peak efficiency. 17 more pounds to go, there truly is light at the end of the tunnel... Happy New Year!!
153.8 lb Lost so far: 101.2 lb.    Still to go: 17.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Hi Mardee that is incredible! What a great way to start off the year; do you juice your veggies or do you use a blender? Can you recommend one to me?

Thanks Ladies! Tulipgirl, I have an Omega Masticating Juicer and a Vitamix Blender. I make my green smoothies in the Vitamix and I make my veggie juice in the Omega. I posted the juice recipe today and if you want I can share my green smoothie recipe. Cheers!!
