January 1st, 2014 I felt was an appropriate day to weigh in. 153.8 from 165 in 22 days... I am thrilled! I have been doing "Green Smoothies" and Fresh Organic Homemade Vegetable Juice and for dinner a blender vegetable soup i.e Asparagus, Curried Sweet Pea, Onion, Onion Mushroom, with a bit or Garlic in everything... I feel terrific and my immune system appears to be running at peak efficiency. 17 more pounds to go, there truly is light at the end of the tunnel... Happy New Year!!
