Today's #'s for the beginning of the 500+Deficit Challenge 2. 185 lbs., 17.1% body fat, 51.5% H2o, 39.2% muscle, and 5.6 bone. These numbers are according to my EatSmartâ„¢ Precision GetFit Digital Body Fat Scale.
185.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
