Been trying to keep up my schedule, I'm in school for the next 2 and a half weeks. It's hard to eat enough healthy food before time to go to the gym. But I'm making it. Yesterday I did strength training and today an hour of cardio. I burned 800 calories! And in the evenings I am playing Wii... today I was boxing in Gold's Gym. Consequently, my lats are a bit sore. (at least that's what muscle my husband says it is!)
All in all I still feel great, lots of energy, and food hasn't been an issue!
221.2 lb Lost so far: 10.8 lb.    Still to go: 21.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
