One day & already down 4 lbs. I kicked my own ass working out last night & ate my normal sensible meal. three more pounds & I'll be back to where I was a week ago.
212.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
