Fledgist's Journal, 30 January 2011

I did 35 minutes worth of exercise yesterday. Felt pretty tired by the end of it. All being well, I'll be down to the gym again today.
248.6 lb Lost so far: 88.4 lb.    Still to go: 80.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Stay with the regular exercise. It will definitely help lots.
