HOLIDAY GOODIES! [Did me in again!] Too many cookies and cocktails! As long as my jeans still fit, I'll be doing fine... and then, after the holidays 'knuckle down and buckle down and Do it! Do it! Do it!'

Once again, I will be facing the daunting task of RE-LOSING my weight!

My scale broke, so I had to order a new one, and it caused me to miss a weigh-in or two... [without that gauge I lost all track of my measurement of overdoing it...]

BUT NO EXCUSES!

LIVE FOR TODAY, WITH NO REGRETS, AND KEEP YOUR END GOAL IN SIGHT!
146.4 lb Lost so far: 19.6 lb.    Still to go: 6.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Yeah, I get that .. I'll have a 'day' and then go pull on my smallest size jeans wondering if they'll zip. I don't think one day will be that bad - probably sodium causing water retention.
