1657 kcal Fat: 53.94g | Prot: 120.49g | Carb: 173.77g.   Breakfast: Grains & More Double Fiber 100% Whole Grain 100% Whole Wheat Bread, Milk (Fat Free or Skim, Calcium Fortified), Fried Egg without Fat. Lunch: Double Fiber Multigrain Bread, starkist chunk light tuna, 2% Milk American Cheese Singles. Dinner: broccoli, haddock. Snacks/Other: chobani vanilla, bill phillip's right light shake, popcorn, miller genuine, butter, Light Cheese Heads String Cheese Sticks, Baby-Cut Carrots, Bananas. more...
