euheide's Journal, 14 December 2013

I have been doing aerobic exercise like day in day out. It has been hard to do it every single day because some days I really don't feel like it and I end up delaying until it's too late. But I always end up wondering what would happen if I actually managed to exercise every single day. Would I start losing weight again? I think I should really try that first, before starting to weight train. Besides, right now, I would only be able to do a very limited number of weight training exercises due to my back problem. In case I decide to do it, it will probably involve more calisthenics than free weights. But I really have to make a better effort logging food because I really don't know how much I'm eating. I always end up forgetting to log it half way through the day.

Tracking your food is one of the most important aspects to weight loss. Studies show we tend to eat 30% more than we think we do and when you have so little to lose, it really becomes important. Good luck!

Thank you very much for the tip Suzi! I have been trying to motivate myself to log the food but I end up quitting half-way through every day. Your imput was a good motivation!
