The Blue Box's Journal, 14 December 2013

I have been dwelling on whether I wanted to post this journal entry or not... But I can't talk about my weight loss/gain issues with my friends in person because most are significantly heavier than me and say "I would kill to be your size." And I want to say well start killing your fat, because I workout everyday and I try to eat right!

Therefore, today is now deemed STATurday. (Thanks T25!) I'm going to record my measurements here every Saturday. That should help keep me responsible for what I eat.

Clearly, just recording what I eat in my diet calendar is not enough to stop me from over eating.

12-14-13 (current):
Weight: 107.4 lbs
Waist: 25"
Around Belly Button: 31"
Hips: 34"

12-7-13 (Last week before I started ChaLeanEXTREME):
Weight: 103.2 lbs
Waist: 24"
Around Belly Button: 29.5"
Hips: 32.75"

In one week, that increase is UNACCEPTABLE and I am really embarrassed about it. I'm going to try not to beat myself up about it. I'm just going to take this information and use it as motivation to stay under 1500 calories today.

Also, I think I am going to try out a free introductory CrossFit class that is held tomorrow at 4:00pm. I don't want to be the slowest one in the group do I? NO! That means I have to eat right!!
107.4 lb Lost so far: 7.2 lb.    Still to go: 5.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

My friend weighs much less that me, and she always voices her frustrations about her weight. Yes I'd love to be her size, but I've realized everyone has there own issues with their body. Me saying at least you're not 100 lbs over weight is not the right thing to say. She actually motivates me to get in the gym and workout harder :)

Ouch... I completely understand how this makes you feel. I guess its kind of nice not for me to have to be concerned with all that for a minute. I know I have had a hard week with eating too. I hope this helps your accountability though. On the brighter side you made me feel better about where I am measuring pregnant. I had forgotten how little I actually have gained around my belly button for the moment. This made me look again at the difference though. Watch out for the sweets hun.

I CAN and WILL stay under 1500 calories today. :) And yes, it does make me happy that some good has come of my journal entry!! :D
