hey still 153 atleast thats wat i know of i dont really have a scale as i said on my last journal but im still goin strong and staying commited which is a great thing andim actually thinking of getting the wii fit cause one of my friends told me today that its a workout and it has a built in scale so i thought hey why not i have a wii and i need a scale and hey i could always use an extra work out lol so its perfect i just got to wait a while before i get it money problems did i mention i wanted a trampoline to yeah i think there fun well i think i leave now ok bye!

153.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
