Yo, Thanks for noticing my FRIEND! I too noticed YOUR positive trend this week... I guess my blood donation yesterday did help out! LOL I have Christmas party tomorrow that I will STRUGGLE to behave at... I just hope 24 frosting covered brownies and a 1/2 dozen beers is not in my food register on sunday like they WOULD have been last weekend after the B10 Playoff game had i entered my intake :-/ Also, i had 2 scrambled eggs this morning and not the carb filled Capt Crunch... thanks for your "advice"! LOL

Hooray! I, too, had eggs this morning with a couple slices of light whole grain toast. I put the egg on the toast so I don't miss the butter lol. If I can keep my calories under control at the Christmas party I'm going to tonight, then you can keep yours under control tomorrow. I'll do this for both of us! lol Maybe believing that someone needs me to set a good example will give me the edge I need? Either way, Mike, you are going to break through that plateau despite the holidays. :-) Have a great day!!
