i'm a teeny bit dissapointed i thought i would have lost more i have been really good. i have metabolic resistance. any one else have this problem.
191.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.6 lb a week

I'm lucky if I lose that in a month. That's a great loss! Congrats!

I don't have it officially as I wasn't that heavy and am not ill with the symptoms. However, most of us here have had a big struggle. I eat very little. I will start to exercise once the arthritis eases up a bit. You're doing fantastic! So many here get stuck! My advice is stay on induction as long as you are able to do it to get the best results. Maintaining is easier than losing. Today I had a hot dog with the bread - so I cheated. But I am thin now. But I have to stop this as it isn't good in the long run as it will affect my cholesterol levels, which were excellent like six months ago. I'm staying on here as I need the encouragement to continue eating healthy and tonight I didn't order pizza with a neighbor, so I am doing well. As long as I'm under 200lbs. I'm OK as I'm tall. Hope you're well. Just do the best you can - some people have been on here for months and lost nothing, you're a success already at the rate you're going! Keep up the good work!

I've learned that some days ( or weeks for that matter, lol)may be more disappointing than others but the key here is to be able to see the big picture. I'm at the end of week one and I feel fatter now than I did at t he beginning, lol, but I know that as long as I stick to the rules that eventually I'm bound to see some positive results. Your 9lb loss is encouraging to me. Don't give up, keep the positive energy and thoughts going!
