Help me I'm stuck! I have to be glad I'm not gaining I suppose. Maybe I can give myself some advice. "you need to exercise" I think I should take my advice. I seem to do one or the other in my life. This should be the time I do both. I just have to get started. We'll see how this week goes.
210.0 lb Lost so far: 27.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Try looking at your diet and weight loss history, this is the wonderful use we get out of them for all the pain in filling them out. Check to see your percentages of protien/carb/sugars/fat and see what they were leading up to a point of loss compared to what they are when you hit a stall. I have done this for my mother and another pal here..it takes a little time but you can certainly pin point what you're doing and what can help. I wish you all the best and you're right...I'd prefer a stall over a gain.

Hey there... I am with you, when I did start exercising I gained a pound it was such a defeating thought but Leslie Sansone has kept my Walk Away the Pounds DVD lively enough to get me loosing again. I hate to exercise but by the grace of God have I managed to stick with it 5-6 days a week. And to think I get to do this routine the rest of my life, what's good about knowing that is, I finally get this is a "lifestyle" change, and there is no going back to my old bad eating habits if I want to maintain a healthy mind and body. Be encouraged my friend, we were fearfully and wonderfully made. Blessings, Mardee
