dear journal today i weighted myself in gym cause i dont really have a scale at home but anyway so i weighted myself and i weighted 153 point something pounds and i felt great it let me see that i can lose weight and i will weight no matter what anyone says because i went from 160 to 153 which means i lost 8 pounds and i will continue to do wat ever im doin because its odviously workin lol ok bye!
153.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
