I was really upset at weigh in last night. I had totally stuck to plan, which is high Protein, veg. and to be up a lb was like a slap in the face. And the kind of knowing look I got was not helpful either. But 2 others just as upset so sticking to it for the week. I did walk and move more but they are getting bit intense as they want us to walk and come home dripping in sweat. I am waiting on knee replacement not able or allowed to do that. Also doc has made me cancel my gym, I walked 3 good long walks this week each about 5 miles round journey. and 2 short ones about 40 mins each.
255.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.9 lb a week

sometimes a weight gain can be as simple as to much salt, or just water in your system..you have to remember water weighs to...not always about the scales...how are the clothes fitting...scales only tell part of the story...way to go on getting all the exercise and sticking to a plan that works for you...

I agree, you are doing great. Just look where you came from! Last January you were 25lb heavier than you are now. You have LOST 25 lbs girl, not gained 1 lb. Weekly fluctuations are to be expected because of many things like water, salt, hormones, it is the big picture that counts and you have done extremely well.
