Week went fairly good but some problems on the weekend... so happy losing anything.
171.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Well, I've stauled as far as weight loss!!!???? I'm eating healthy, no white "stuff" in the house, making things "home-made", like cole-slaw, soups, salads, stir-fries! But my weight won't change ... my husband on the other hand has lost almost 10lbs!! Believe me, I'm very happy for him - but what's up with me?? I know I'm perimenopausal, but come on??? So, tomorrow I start walking again. Hopefully this time I'll stick to going daily ... after falling and damaging my tailbone, I've slowed down because the doctor said walking was out of the question. But, I'm going to start again tomorrow .... the doctor said the bruising is gone (though I still have some pain and stiffness), but he assures me that walking for 30 minutes will be OK now!!! I hope this works ... somethings gottta give!!??
