It seems like any kind of real carb - as in the gratifying bread kind just sticks to me; and those are the ones I've been addicted to, so I've seriously cut down! Michelle's scale actually said 187.4 today!
189.0 lb Lost so far: 49.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Congrats Tulipgirl! I'm happy for you. I'm having a tough time eliminating those carbs now, too.

Carbs can be a monster. I love my breads and pasta. It's hard to cut back. Congrats on making those changes.

thanks! i'm working really hard! have you tried shiratake noodles? didn't love it but it resembles pasta . . . . and i tried black bean noodles . . . . still a lot of carbs but at least they have protein. i got spaghetti squash this week! i just love bread though! and that's what seems to mess me up! I just had salad tonight!

I have not. I am on the road 24/7 for work so I am subjected to eating out everyday. But when I settle down again maybe I'll try them.

Yeah. Honestly, I have noticed I do better on the road. I think it is because I learned what I can eat from where and roughly how much it is.
