Well I'm up but was using that sf caramel topping and I'm pretty sure the added carbs from that made me hungrier because my calories increased too... as of today am off that stuff and so far not nearly as hungry!
239.5 lb Lost so far: 77.5 lb.    Still to go: 39.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
