I have just come back from a short holiday to Amsterdam where I have been stuffing myself none stop, and in general at the moment I'm eating a horrific amount of treats, snacks from the vending machine, take out food a couple of times a week and its really showing! As an emergency measure before christmas I am going to do the horrible dukan diet again (starting ftom now) as its been successful before. I know in the long term I would need a more sustainable diet but this will have to do for some short term impact!
