I have exercised yesterday but I can't say I have been exercising every day. I will try to get to that phase to be able to draw conclusions.

Logging food is a nuisance as usual... But useful lol, but I haven't been able to complete the logs on most days.
133.4 lb Lost so far: 10.8 lb.    Still to go: 9.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
