Worked out four times this week - not much on the scale but do sleep better at night so I'm taking it as a positive first step. Got to keep up the workouts and start making better food choices. My journey has only just begun!
223.4 lb Lost so far: 0.1 lb.    Still to go: 48.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.1 lb a week
