My sleeping schedule is hurting my ability to exercise. I ended up skipping indoor cycling again (that makes two days in a row) and we can't have that! I'm going to cycle in the morning, in a few hours.
132.7 lb Lost so far: 11.5 lb.    Still to go: 9.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
