Basically, I'm eating the same as I did on the Low Carb diet (where I lost 70 lbs) but adding fruits to raise my carbohydrates to the 50-100 per day range. So far (after 2 months) I have thrived on the Primal way. I have actually dropped a few more pounds of body fat from my all time low on the LC plan (175 lbs now) and have much more energy and a greater sense of well being.

BTW, for a great resource, read "Wheat Belly" by Dr. William Davis, MD. A cardiologist who has used the wheat free approach with himself and 1000's of his own patients to achieve some very remarkable results.
