I walked tonight on the treadmill a 5K. That was 366 calories. My feet hurt, but I did it. I am going to make the challenge!
210.0 lb Lost so far: 37.0 lb.    Still to go: 57.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.0 lb a week
