Down to 214.2 after a fast day and a 354 calorie workout. Ate a big old tomato and cucumber tonight and a small protein shake. Hoping for a few low tomorrow.
214.2 lb Lost so far: 110.8 lb.    Still to go: 9.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
