I only actually lost 0.75 of a pound this week but realised I have been putting in my weight wrong, ie one pound over what it actually is - I am now 8st 12.75 (very accurate, eh?).
124.7 lb Lost so far: 14.3 lb.    Still to go: 6.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
