My first official plateau of this diet. I know I should be grateful that it's taken me 7 months to reach this obstacle, as opposed to the typical month or two. I feel better than I did a week ago (I was getting really down on myself, ate poorly, all of that) but I definitely have not lost significant weight in at least 10 days. I'm hoping that taking tomorrow off from working out and drinking my crazy water will "cleanse" me a little bit for weigh-in on Saturday. Wish me luck!
