Below 120 for the first time in ages!
What I am doing: Exercising every day Incorporating CarbLovers principles into my diet No sweeteners at home (no diet coke; no coffee with splenda etc) Restricted alcohol Trying to get protein from non-meat sources Drinking lots of tea (black and green)
What I'm not doing: Strenuous exercise daily (anything over 10 minutes counts; yoga included) Calorie restrictions Avoiding all sweets (we made oatmeal cookies that I ate; I eat dark chocolate)
Natural waist: 28.5 Below waist: 31.5 Hips: 37.5
I think additional changes to my diet may be necessary to get to my measurement goals, but I am making progress.
