Yikes! It's like I ran out of magic dust or something lol...

After many days without measuring my waist, I did it today because you never know whether you're gaining weight in muscle or fat but I got a definite answer for that: 83 cm (I'm considerably fatter than I was)...
131.4 lb Lost so far: 12.8 lb.    Still to go: 7.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
