I got a new heart rate monitor to get a better ideal of the time I'm in the fat burning zone. It seems that Ive been rushing harder than I need to be.
Tomorrow, I'll adjust the workout on the treadmill to keep myself in the zone.
251.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 101.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
