Down a pound. I've been very strict over the past week, so I'm seeing a slight drop. I've got to regiment myself very strictly to get my weight back down to 12 stone. For a long time I worried about losing too much. Now I worry about it creeping back up. What to do?
182.8 lb Lost so far: 154.2 lb.    Still to go: 14.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
