Weighing my Worst ever!! High time I lost weight.. So lose it is and this time need to follow the regimen all the way to meet the target of 180lbs by June 1st 2014.
222.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 72.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
